CEOD
Even a child knows how valuable the forest is. The fresh, breathtaking smell of trees. Echoing birds flying above that dense magnitude. A stable climate, a sustainable diverse life and a source of culture. Yet, forests and other ecosystems hang in the balance, threatened to become croplands, pasture, and plantations.
OUR PROJECTS:
Food Distribution Services :
Our programs serve low-income families, children, seniors, refugees/asylum-seekers, individuals experiencing homelessness, the working poor, and individuals with disabilities. CEOD serves all people in Sacramento California experiencing food insecurity regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, and background.

Our internship program offers meaningful, practical work related to a student’s field of study or career interest.
Our internship program allows students to explore and develop their careers and learn new skills from our expert and talented preceptors, Dr. Bill Remak, Dr. Mohibullah Hanifi, and Dr. Shehla Khan. Our preceptors will offer new ideas and energy into the workplace, develop talent, and potentially build a pipeline for future full-time employees. Are you a student needing to intern in global public health, health education, data analytics, social science, health media, or research to prepare for a high-level, fast-paced career?
Communication and Education Organization for Development (CEOD) is committed to creating an equitable, integrated, decentralized, accountable, responsive, and participatory health system within a just and empowered society. We are preceptors for bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. programs at universities with public health studies.
